I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were immaculately clean and very comfortable, especially the spacious bathroom, which was a pleasant surprise as I had previously stayed in Japan. The location is superb, close to the shopping area and easily accessible to all the hot spots and public transportations in Sapporo. The service was top-notch with incredibly friendly staff who all spoke excellent English and provided the best communication I've ever experienced. The dining experience was delicious, offering a bento that was truly great, though it could benefit from better labeling for allergies or restrictions.
